Before the product ends up in your hand, we always does what is required
Freight arrives
When the goods arrive at our factory, we will start checking for visual defects that can be found on the surface, some examples like rusting of packaging, spoiled or broken cartons.
Test opening of product
We will randomly select a product from the same batch and start opening it. Few things that we will look into is to make sure the packaging is still in good condition to easily open. And making sure the product inside is clean and doesn't have weird looking appearance.
Testing the product
We'll then have this product selected for sample testing, and to be kept with us for 1 year per batch. Spraying and applying it on the wood is essential to really see if it is in good condition. Our in-house technicians will spray and keep the sprayed wooden boards for their studying purposes.
Check for quality
The wooden boards are left to dry for whatever is stated on the TDS of the product. If the product requires 2 days for full cure, we'll do a test on the first and second day to see the performance of it even before getting it full cured. This is also to confirm that whatever stated on the TDS is true, and also to see if the product is suitable for local conditions.
Troubleshoot product
We will also test the wooden boards to see if they can withstand unforeseen circumstances like raining, leaving it damp for days, alcohol drips, coffee spills, hot and cold resistance, chemical resistance and other test depending on what product is used.
Sell.
The last and final step is approving that the product is safe to sell, though we cannot test all the products but only in batches, but please let us know if any product gives you problem, we will then check into the same batch of goods that are kept with us, and will assist in whatever trouble you are facing.
